Wave International is a Resource Development firm with ~20 years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, bulk commodities and more.

We are seeking a deliverable focused, experienced HR Administrator with exposure to end-to-end recruitment, selection and placement outcomes and associated HR and Mobilisation related tasks. This may suit a 2-6 year experienced Recruiter with generalist administration experience and an interest in HR.

**Position duties will entail**:

- Consultation with internal Project Managers / Principals to understand project staffing needs short and long term
- On-boarding of personnel via the HRIS and ensuring compliance in line with the Wave Policies and procedures
- Support the Project Administrator with Mobilisation requirements and general Project admin activity
- Support Business development activities through engagement with new, and existing clients

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills with high accuracy
- Well developed writing / command of the English language
- Taking pride in your work, celebrating positive outcomes, troubleshoot pressure points
