About Our Client

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for staff members.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal HR communications as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and organisational policies.
  • Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Writing contracts.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to tasks.
