**About Express**
We're all about helping our customers succeed with producing their printed envelope campaigns on-time and to our high, quality assured standards.We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has great communications skills to join our team.
**About the role**
Using your great communication skills, you will be providing information and product knowledge to a broad customer base. Duties include:
- Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure delivery targets are met
- Preparing quotes and job bags for production
- Looking after a customer base
- Developing & maintaining strong customer relationships
- General administration tasks
**What you'll bring**
To do well in joining the team, you will be confident, have great customer service skills and are a quick learner.
While a background in printing or graphics arts will be an advantage, no previous knowledge is required as we'll provide all the training you need
**Some specifics**
- Express Envelopes located Dandenong South, Victoria 3175
- Full Time Position Available
- Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility
A package will be negotiated based on your experience and qualifications
Only persons qualified to work in Australia will be considered for this position.
**Salary**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
