**_The Role_**
Our fantastic Customer Service team is looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Service/complaints Specialist to work from our
**_Mentone_** site. The purpose of the role is to successfully execute our Customer Experience Strategy and create positive and memorable experiences for our Customers and Consumers alike. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will provide timely and accurate processing of complaints & national domestic sales orders for all Patties Group business units, ensuring they adhere with company policy.

Your day will be busy dealing with customer complaints, processing orders, receiving inbound calls consisting of phone orders, consumer complaints, customer follow ups, as well as raising invoice claims where appropriate. The ability to successfully manage and monitor complaints interacting with our Quality team, process customer orders in a timely manner to ensure the highest service levels are consistently achieved is essential.

Working collaboratively with other teams/departments, you will employ a continuous improvement approach to further increase service levels for our customers. Attending daily toolbox meetings with our fun and supportive Customer experience team and weekly toolbox meetings with the Sales teams ensures a collaborative and proactive approach to the role.

**_The person we seek_**
To be successful in the role you will have a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in every interaction, similar experience in a sales administration customer service role or extensive experience dealing with consumer complaints, a strong work ethic and a passion to grow and develop in the role is important, as well as the initiative to continuously improve consumer experiences with Patties. Collaborative approach, empathetic nature, and strong problem-solving skills will ensure your success in the role.

Have significant experience in a sales administration customer service role as well as knowledge and experience using internal M3 Cloudsuite

Alignment and fit with our Patties values is essential.

Have extensive experience dealing with and processing customer/consumer complaints, food service experience a bonus and previous experience with salesforce an advantage.
