We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join a busy team supporting major concrete customers.
This is a short-term opportunity through Christmas (with the potential to continue into the new year) and is an excellent chance to step into a demanding but rewarding role.About the RoleLocation: Doncaster (onsite parking available)Hours: 7:00am – 2:00/3:00pmStart: Monday
Interviews: Commencing immediately via MS TeamsYou'll be the key point of contact for major concrete customers, managing high volumes of incoming requests.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role, where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling customer calls and providing exceptional service (customers aren't always happy, so resilience is key)Assisting with quotes, purchase orders, and order processingScheduling and liaising with internal teamsSupporting the customer service team (based in QLD)Raising and tracking quotes in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in customer service, operations, internal sales, or account coordination within an industrial, construction, or concrete-related environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure roleSAP experience highly beneficialA proactive, customer-first approach with strong communication skillsWhy Join?
