**Manager**

We are looking for a manager to take over the day to day running of Salma's Canteen in Rosebery. Salma's Canteen is a new style canteen from the team behind Kepos Street Kitchen and Kepos Catering. We have an all day dining menu, salad bar which changes daily using seasonal produce, coffee, fresh juices and cakes as well as the deli fridge with take home meals and dips.

Salma's Canteen has dine in and take away trade as well as a lot of orders coming through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

We work with local coffee roasters Stitch Coffee for coffee beans and also tea.

Located on Botany Road, Rosebery there are several bus stops in close by or we are approx 15-20 walk from either Green Square or Mascot Train stations as well as the new metro in Waterloo.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 2.30pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 3pm and normally closed on public holidays.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
