We are seeking a professional Office Manager to join a community organisation to coordinate the day-to-day of the head office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of our amazing Charity clients, in a friendly and collaborative environment.
This is the ideal position for someone with office management experience that is looking to step up to a PA/EA role as there will be some involvement with supporting the CEO at times.
Key responsibilities: Ensure the office policies and procedures are followed by all employees Manage the office environment and oversee general maintenance of the office to support the day-to-day smooth operation of the head office Support and coordinate internal and external events and meetings Communicate important updates and information internally Oversee visitors (first point of contact, allocating parking spaces, etc) Collate and file expenses About you:A flexible and dynamic self-starter who is capable of building strong relationships across interactions with staff is key.
No two days are the same and your week will be evolving, varied and changing.
Demonstrated experience in admin and office management with ambition to take that next step to a PA/EA role Committed to providing exceptional customer service – written and verbal A high attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills An ability to work without supervision and proactively Available within 1-2 weeks Are on a visa that has no restrictions (I.e. Citizen/PR) - temp to perm opportunity.
