MDCA is expanding their team and is looking for a highly organised and motivated Treatment Plan Sales Coordinator to join their Denture team in a Full-Time capacity. As a Treatment Plan Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in effectively coordinating treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. If you have a strong sales background, preferably in the dental or medical space, and are passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all queries and complaints in conjunction with the denture team.

**Utilise warm leads to**:

- Promote and sell personalised treatment plans
- Showcase the benefits and value of the clinicians' recommended treatments to potential patients.
- Assist patients and Next of Kin (NoK) in understanding their treatment options, costs, and payment options.
- Guide patients and NoK through the treatment process.
- Generate, schedule and manage treatment plans and appointments
- Upload treatment photos, showing before and after treatment images.
- Generate and communicate invoices based on treatment plans.
- Follow up on payments.
- Liaise with clinical team
- Proofread and adjust dental reports for consultations and insert visits.
- Coordinate payments from hospitals and facilities.
- Liaise with the Department of Veterans' Affairs and State Trustees regarding invoices and payments, as required.
- Other duties include operational assistance across the wider Denture team

**About you**:

- You have at least 2 - 3 years' experience in a sales role
- You have experience working in the medical / dental field (essential).
- You are proficient in using dental practice management software and technology.
- You have the ability to communicate, influence and build relationships effectively with diverse audiences.
- You have high attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- You have completed a tertiary education in a related field (preferred but not essential)
