Our client is a financial services organization and market leader in their space. They are currently seeking a Product Owner to drive an enterprise-level transition of 400 workspaces from Webex to MS Teams.

You'll be playing a pivotal role in articulating and executing on the product roadmap for relevant capabilities in the realm of workplace technology as well as provide leadership to a team of productivity and collaboration specialists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for telephony and video conferencing capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction and customer needs.
- Provide leadership to a team of productivity and collaboration specialists.
- Act as the Product Owner for various technologies and services.
- Monitor and improve service quality, delivering within SLAs.
- Engage with IT industry vendors and manage relationships effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in communication technology.

**Required Skills and Specialisms**:

- 6+ years of experience and knowledge in IT technology and infrastructure.
- **Mandatory - Microsoft teams rooms **and **video conferencing **project experience.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices.
- Excellent documentation and policy writing skills.
- Effective team management and mentoring abilities.
- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in contract and financial management.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant fields advantageous.
