We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team, working within the Agent division, this role plays a crucial role in enhancing our portfolio of agent-facing products, ensuring our customers provide exceptional service to their clients.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the product backlog to maximise the product's value. You will act as the voice of the customer, transforming product vision into actionable requirements, and ensuring alignment within the squad.

**Who are you?**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product requirements by defining and prioritising user stories and backlog items based on customer value, and refining the product backlog in response to feedback and evolving business needs.
- Demonstrate ownership and leadership of the product, inspiring team alignment with the product vision and drive Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of customer-focused solutions.

**You have**
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience with product management principles.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to help drive prioritisation and facilitate making data-lead decisions
