We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our team across multiple upcoming projects.With a strong pipeline of upcoming works, we can offer both local and FIFO opportunities to suit.

The Role:
Review contract documentation and project plans to prepare quantity needs and estimated costs.
Prepare variations to contracts and related documents.
Assisting in setting budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
Document progress, materials and preparing project reports.
Prepare and submit payment claims in line with works complete and as required under the agreed terms.
Pursue recovery for time and cost whether under variation, extension of time, disruption, or other claims.
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
Provide commercial advice and awareness amongst superintendents, supervisors, engineers, and other members of the team.
Negotiate favorable outcomes with contractors and subcontractors, particularly in relation to variation and progress valuations.
About YOU:
Recognised qualifications in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field.
Demonstrated 4+ years' experience in general construction estimating experience, commercial/contractual or project controls experience on major Australian construction projects.
Recent experience on major construction projects and an appreciation of current developments and trends with respect to commercial claims and project controls.
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
Proficient in computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly excel).
