- 60 Rooms, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Located right next to popular local cafes and restaurants.

**Our amazing Hotel Receptionists (AKA Local Hosts)**

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you'll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you'll strive to:

- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
- Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems
- Be a Local Host, knowing the local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
- Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard

Our hotel isn't open 24/7 so no overnight shifts are required unless in exceptional circumstances.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
