A 4-star hotel on St Kilda Road is seeking an experienced front office receptionist to join their team.

  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain guest accounts, handle telephone reservations, and manage internet distribution channels.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming phone manner, assist with guest enquiries, and direct internal and external calls.
Required Skills

Experience: In a fast-paced front office role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and experience with computers are essential.

Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously, multitask under pressure, and maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards.
