Out ideal Guest Services Assistant will have:A confident, warm and welcoming personalityImpeccable personal presentationA natural desire to help people and exceed expectations of guests and colleaguesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAn innovative and inspiring approach with a keen eye for detailGreat organisational skillsFlexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (you'll need to be able to work some weekends, evenings and bank holidays)Good physical fitness as this role involves manual handlingA full clean UK driving licence is a must
