Our client, a leading commercial organisation is seeking a skilled **Training Development Support Officer** to join their team to be based in their office in **north of Canberra CBD.**

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for a **Support Role to Learning Designer/ Training Developer** within a leading commercial department. This 6-month full-time engagement will focus on supporting the development and delivery of training materials, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to meet evolving business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create training materials, including courses, manuals, and eLearning content.
- Assist the Instructional Designer in writing lesson plans and updating user guides.
- Build and manage a **SharePoint site** with training videos, user guides, and FAQs.
- Design and structure learning content to optimise engagement and interactivity.
- Integrate multimedia tools such as videos, quizzes, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
- Facilitate face-to-face training sessions as required.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Previous experience in training development or support roles.
- Proficient in **Articulate Rise 360/Storyline** or similar editing software.
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite**, particularly **SharePoint**.
- Excellent communication, writing skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in **delivering internal training** and facilitating sessions.
