Expert Training & Development Manager

 

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive and relevant to the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trainers, facilitators and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to plan, coordinate and evaluate training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
