We're seeking an experienced Training Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality training content for a suite of complex and evolving information systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams to create user-focused learning experiences.You'll be responsible for producing engaging training content for operators, maintainers, and managers, as well as developing a governance framework that ensures all training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with ongoing product development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain training materials across multiple systems and user groupsAlign training delivery with system release cycles using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Collaborate with engineers, developers, and technical writers to translate technical content into accessible trainingEstablish and manage a governance framework for training lifecycle managementProduce content to CMI5 or other relevant eLearning standardsEngage with external training bodies to ensure broader training alignmentWhat We're Looking For:Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)Diploma or higher in ICT or related disciplineProven experience in technical training development within VET or complex environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical conceptsMust hold an NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen)Desirable Skills:Experience with CMI5 content developmentExposure to Jira, change management, or systems engineeringFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles or sustainment organisationsIf you're passionate about creating meaningful training experiences that enable users to succeed with technology, we'd love to hear from you.
