Overview

Pinpoint Talent's federal government client is seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join a major transformation program. This role will support the Training Manager in planning, developing, and delivering tailored training strategies that drive business adoption and capability uplift.

As the link between program teams and the wider business, you will collaborate with change specialists and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose training materials, ensure readiness for new systems, and support successful adoption across the organisation.

Initial 9-month contract, potential further extension

Hybrid working arrangement

Baseline security clearance required

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging training strategies and materials to support a large-scale transformation program.
  • Collaborate with program teams and business stakeholders to align training with program objectives.
  • Support the full training cycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) and manage training schedules.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, ensuring uptake and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end training design and delivery within large-scale programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training resources (guides, modules, videos, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks (desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
