We are seeking experienced professionals to support a prominent federal agency with its training and development initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, be able to analyse training needs and provide high-quality advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs across the agency to ensure all staff have access to mandatory training opportunities.
  • Analyse training needs of staff at all levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide advice on training matters, including designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of training principles and practices, with experience in coordinating and delivering training programs.
