MyChoice Conveyancing are a certified conveyancing firm providing a range of affordable, professional services that make building a new home easier and more efficient. With over 20 years of combined experience in property settlement and legal expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the new home build process, MyChoice Conveyancing support and guide our customers to make the new home building journey more enjoyable and efficient.

**About the opportunity**
The Conveyancing Assistant reports to the Licenced Conveyancer and is part of the MyChoice Conveyancing team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to directly assist the Licensed Conveyancers with running transactions from exchange to completion, including off the plan sales and purchases with the potential to manage their own tasks. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, contracts, settlement statements and transfer documents
- Conduct online searches for contracts
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and banks
- Assist in organising settlements, preparing, and issuing lease documents
- General administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Conveyancing team
**About you**
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice Conveyancing and NXT Group along with:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
- A keen interest in conveyancing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with others
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Conveyancing License is advantageous but not essential
