About the role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Licenced Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our vibrant Newcastle Property & Development team on a full-time basis, working from either our Newcastle or Sydney offices.
Working closely with a partner recognised as an industry leader in the property sector, you'll support a diverse mix of clients including government, developers and a small portfolio of private sales. The team's work spans acquisitions and disposals, bulk conveyancing, leasing, staged and mixed-use developments, and strata and master planned communities.
You'll manage your own conveyancing files with autonomy while contributing to complex development projects and broader property matters. This is a chance to be part of a fast-paced, friendly and supportive team that is ranked Tier 2 nationally in Real Property Law (Best Lawyers 2026), with genuine opportunities for growth and development.

About you
You are an experienced Licenced Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancing Paralegal with a strong track record managing a variety of conveyancing matters. You bring:
- Solid experience across government, developer and/or private conveyancing work
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver timely, commercially astute outcomes
- Clear and confident communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work closely with the team, clients and stakeholders
