Our client is a globally operating manufacturer of high-quality mining products, dedicated to delivering excellence on time and in full.
With a strong footprint in the mining resources sector and a rapidly growing client base, they are expanding their team to meet increasing demand and maintain their reputation for reliability and quality.
Responsibilities
Processing customer orders and managing daily reporting tasks
Coordinating logistics and liaising with suppliers
Performing general administrative duties and accurate data entry
Assisting with accounts payable invoice processing
Maintaining accuracy and timeliness across all documentation
Qualifications
Advanced data entry skills and proficiency in Excel and Access (SAP B1 experience is a bonus, but not required)
Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in logistics or a similar administrative role
