**About Us**
We have a great opportunity available for a switched on, super organised person to join our field ops team as our Scheduling Officer. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the purpose of the role is to schedule installations, customer training and support service calls for our busy field people.
**Day to day responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure installations, training and support jobs are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Undertake administrative tasks relating to installations and service calls.
- Using scheduling software schedule jobs and ensure the technicians have sufficient information to efficiently complete the job.
- Organise and complete the relevant documentation for inductions.
- Make travel arrangements for scheduled jobs.
