Key responsibilities:

- Scheduling technicians and overall communication in responding to immediate demands in the service area.
- Ensuring mínimal customer impact and that all KPI objectives are achieved.
- End to end co-ordination of response efforts in collaboration with regional management, Client groups and external agencies/vendors.

One of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand require a Schedule and Dispatch Officer to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

- Scheduling technicians and overall communication in responding to immediate demands in the service area.
- Ensuring mínimal customer impact and that all KPI objectives are achieved.
- End to end co-ordination of response efforts in collaboration with regional management, Client groups and external agencies/vendors.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

- Strong computer skills especially in the MS Office Suite.
- An understanding of the operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications technical service centre or utility industry desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to multi-task several competing priorities at the same time.
- Demonstrate ability in achieving goals and deliver results in a timely manner.
