Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and management, including risk assessment and care coordination.
  • Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.
  • Implement and evaluate care processes within clinical care planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families and carers.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and management.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working in community mental health services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies is required.
