Mental Health Services Provider

As a compassionate and dedicated mental health clinician, you will work with our inclusive team to provide culturally responsive services to a diverse client caseload.
This part-time position offers strong growth potential for experienced clinicians or those early in their career, providing opportunities to work with clients from various backgrounds and develop culturally responsive skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide culturally responsive mental health services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals from CALD backgrounds.
- Offer trauma-informed therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults, prioritizing neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
- Conduct psychological and mental health assessments for psychologists, addressing conditions such as ADHD and Autism.
- Support clients with various mental health presentations, including trauma-related experiences, anxiety, and depression, developing collaborative treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation, upholding high standards of professionalism.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, accreditation with AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker, or registration with AHPRA as a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse is required.
- Professional proficiency in a language other than English is essential for this role, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check are mandatory.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice principles is expected, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
