Undertake case management of complex workplace complaints and

disciplinary matters for this NSW State Government Agency.

**About the role**:

- Provide support to management and staff on workplace complaints, grievance and disciplinary matters, internal reviews, external agency inquiries, performance management issues.
- Conduct disciplinary or other investigations, inquiries into complaints or reviews
- Advise and recommend courses of action with respect to the conduct of investigations
- Develop policies, programs or other initiatives to encourage a professional workplace culture
- Undertake case management of complaints and significant performance management issues

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as HR, IR, ER or Law
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in HR, IR, ER or a legal background
