What your work will involve

As the HR Administration Assistant – internally known as the People Assistant – your primary focus will be on providing high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation, coordinating training bookings and ensuring all documentation is compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

This position is central to the smooth operation of the People & Learning team, supporting a range of internal HR processes and projects with efficiency and attention to detail. It's a great opportunity to build strong foundational skills in HR administration within a supportive and collaborative team.

This is a permanent, full-time role; however, we welcome part-time applications from candidates seeking flexibility.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field (or studying)
  • Proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a 'can do' attitude
  • Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Previous recruitment experience (desirable)
