We are seeking an experienced, friendly team member with excellent communication skills to join our practice. This is a dual role in Receptionist & Assistant to the Principal. If you are looking for an

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Processing patient billing & receipting.
- Receptionist recruitment.
- Manage staff onboarding and exiting.
- General business operations on a daily basis.
- **Assisting Principal**:
- Keep operation expenses within budget;
- Produce statistics and reports before the 7th day of each month;
- First point of contact by the team members for non-clinical matters;
- Implement, monitor, and update company policies and procedures;
- Ensure health, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety;
- Maintain workplace culture based on our company values and code of conduct;
- Delegate tasks to and supervise staff to ensure completion;
- Inform the Principal of any potential issues;
Skills&Attributes
