What you'll be doing:

As the Receptionist, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our dealership, ensuring our customers feel welcome from the moment they connect with us. Your role will include:

  • Answering and directing calls for both Sales and Service teams
  • Supporting the Dealer Principal with admin and coordination tasks
  • Handling banking and light office admin duties
  • Coordinating dealership supplies and orders
  • Helping bring our values to life by organising quarterly team BBQs and events
  • Adding to the energy and culture of a fun, fast-paced dealership environment
