**The role**:
Cater Care Australia is excited to announce we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic admin professional to join our Brisbane Receptionist team

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face for our Brisbane office in addition to providing support to our Brisbane Operations Team.

We are looking for someone with previous admin experience and a great attitude for learning. If you believe you fit the bill; we'd love to hear from you

**Roster**:
Part Time: Mon-Fri (8:30am-2:00pm) - 25 hours

**What this role involves**:

- All front office reception duties - meeting & greeting customers and answering telephone
- General administration support to the State Manager, Operations Managers and other staff within a busy office
- Site Support: formatting seasonal/term/theme menus and theme calendars
- Data input survey results and periodic stocktakes
- Printing and binding booklets
- Use of Google software and Gmail
- Maintaining kitchen and stationary supplies
- Printing, scanning and filing as required

**What we desire from you**:

- Previous Administration/Reception experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong and clear communication ability (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload is a must
- Fast and accurate typing (50+ words a minute)
- Reliable, punctual and work focused attitude
- Experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, & or Gmail is an advantage
