Full Time salary $51,678 - Casual salary $32.69 per hour + super
- Flexible work arrangements including a 9-day fn and early Fri finish available
- Based in Southport with onsite parking and company perks

Working either full time or on a casual basis, flexibility in roster, 9-day fortnight and early Friday finish you will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Assist customers with repayment options
- Loan documentation uploads
- Assist with account updates
- General enquiries
- Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database
- Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- A team player with a positive mindset
- An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work with a variety of customers
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer environment desirable

You will enjoy solving problems, helping people, strong communication, and have a can-do attitude.
