- Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to gain a thorough understanding of the problem space
- Collaborate with our technical experts to design and formulate solutions
- Partner with our business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and align development priorities accordingly
- Ensure the final solution fulfills both customer and company needs
- Assist in generating relevant product documentation and responding to customer requests for product enhancements

**Your Knowledge and Understanding**:

- Strong technical background (preferably in software development, software architecture, or engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience turning business requirements into technical solutions
