Position overview.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 FinOps Business Analyst focused on cloud ERP, you will play a pivotal role in requirement gathering, documentation, and collaborating with SMEs across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Your expertise in writing functional requirements and utilising technologies such as Dynamics 365 FinOps and Azure will drive the success of our client's ERP modernisation project.

Essential functions.

Lead requirement gathering efforts for cloud ERP implementations, particularly Dynamics 365 FinOps.
Work closely with SMEs across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to understand and document business processes.
Craft detailed functional requirements and ensure they align with business objectives and technological capabilities.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Drive end-to-end project delivery, including requirements validation, testing, and deployment.
Employ strong management skills to oversee project elements and ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate effective communication with board members and C-level executives.

Your profile.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with cloud ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 FinOps.
Strong background in gathering and documenting requirements for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated project management skills with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging with senior leadership.
Collaborative mindset, adept at working in team-oriented environments.
Relevant certifications in business analysis, Dynamics 365 FinOps, or Azure are a plus.
