Food & Beverage Coordinator

**The Role**
We are seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Coordinator, to join the McCullough Robertson team initially on a 12 month contract, with opportunity to convert to permanent employment.
- Supervisor role to firm Barista including effective communication, coordination and support;
- In conjunction with Barista, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to both internal and external clients;
- Liaising on a daily basis with Barista, Reception and Office Services to assist with any meeting room requirements, including serving of beverages for meetings and events and room clean up;
- Coordinate catering requirements and set up (where required) for seminars, staff lunches, clients end of month drinks, milestones and birthdays;
- Timely delivery and appropriate presentation of food and beverages at firm events as directed;
- Proactive planning and organising all catering and set up for internal and external firm events;
- Undertake regular stocktakes of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage levels;
- Purchasing of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages; and
- Ensure all kitchens are regularly cleaned, including monthly fridge and freezer cleans.
- Experience*
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and perform in a solo capacity as required;
- Enthusiasm and initiative;
- Excellent customer service skills including a professional and personable phone and personal manner;
- High attention to detail;
- Being punctual with the flexibility and adaptability to work hours necessary to meet the firm's needs; and
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment and juggle multiple and competing priorities.
