Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and provide exceptional customer service experience while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and responsible service of alcohol. This role will be primarily responsible for supervising and mentoring the team to deliver a safe, fun, and outstanding food and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Bar Manager with day-to-day operations in the cafe, bar, and within the group catering function.
  • Oversee and coordinate events in the bar with the property management team.
  • Develop and manage costing for all items sold in the bar and work with the team to develop activations to promote revenue growth in the bar.
  • Be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels in the bar.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisor or team leader experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a bar environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
  • Passion for being creative and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
