**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safe navigation and operation of the vessels
- Management of crew and passengers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Safe navigation, mooring & unmooring of vessels
- Crew and vessel management
- Lead and encourage a culture of safety and professionalism

**Requirements for success**:

- Hold a current Master Class less
- Hold a current MED 3 (Minimum)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Must be willing to operate each class of vessel within the fleet (Including single manned vessels)
- Willing to work various shifts on a rotating roster
- Demonstrate an ability to remain calm and adapt to whatever situation arises
- Have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service and to ensuring the safety and welfare of our crew and passengers
- Be able to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner
- Demonstrate an ability to quickly identify issues and troubleshoot
- Demonstrate sound attention to detail and the ability to follow and implement instructions
