SeaLink Master Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a vessel, ensuring the health and safety of all passengers and crew on board.

Maintaining compliance with laws, company policies, procedures, and responsibility for the implementation and verification of the vessel's Safety Management System is crucial for this role.

This position requires the ability to work harmoniously and professionally within and across teams, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have strong leadership abilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master < 45m (Certificate of Competency)
  • MED 3 or higher
  • Current Certificate of medical fitness for near coastal seafarers (AMSA form 1850)
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Senior First Aid and CPR
  • Excellent communication skills
