About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Casual Vessel Master to join our team in South-East Queensland. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of your vessel, ensuring excellence in safety, leadership, customer service, and reliability.

  • Ensure safe and secure operations at all times
  • Work harmoniously and professionally within and across teams
  • Proven achievement of excellence in customer service
  • Strong leadership skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master < 45m (Certificate of Competency)
  • MED 3 or higher
  • Current Certificate of medical fitness for near coastal seafarers (AMSA form 1850)
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Senior First Aid and CPR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PEC for Moreton Bay - Highly desirable
