- Champion a data-informed culture across Professional Practice, building tools, workflows, and best-practice guidelines that support confident decision-making.
- Collaborate with program and product teams to define success metrics, develop hypotheses, and validate initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure compliance, accreditation readiness, and alignment with evolving requirements.

- Track record of evaluating programs, processes, or services to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Experience in using financial modelling and forecasting techniques to inform planning and resource allocation.
- Strong experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to support reporting, compliance, and performance outcomes.
- Competency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools) and familiarity with enterprise data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
