**Purpose of the Role**

BGIS is seeking an experienced Performance and Reporting Analyst to drive excellence in service delivery by monitoring, analysing, and reporting on contract performance. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across BGIS and client teams to ensure data accuracy, meet KPI obligations, and support operational excellence through insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyse data related to contract performance, asset management, and subcontractor compliance
- Prepare performance reports for monthly, quarterly, and sustainability reviews in accordance with contract KPIs
- Monitor trends in lifecycle stages and asset performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure accurate system data and contribute to the maintenance of asset registers and CMMS platforms
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support continuous improvement

**Education, Experience & Skills**

**Essential**:

- Experience in reporting, data analytics, or performance monitoring within FM or asset management
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, CMMS) and reporting platforms
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- Understanding of asset lifecycle principles and facilities compliance standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights

**Desirable**:

- Formal tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Facilities Management, or related field
- Familiarity with contract administration and key performance frameworks
- Additional certifications in FM systems or data analytics

**Workplace Flexibility**

To support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site at Macquarie Park, NSW. After the onboarding period, there may be an opportunity for a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
