Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on driving innovation performance management by preparing insights for post-launch evaluations and training stakeholders on building financial business cases.

This role will involve providing a framework for innovation business case preparation, including recommendations on key inputs, consolidating and reviewing financial business cases for new product innovations and renovations, leading cross-category training on business case best practice, partnering with Business Unit Finance Teams to challenge and provide perspective to Marketing Teams on innovation business cases, embedding rigor and discipline around post-launch evaluations in Marketing teams, and driving continuous improvement on business case tools and preparation process.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-tertiary experience and previous commercial finance/business partnering experience, be a Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or have partial qualification, possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and have FMCG experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement frameworks for innovation business case preparation
