**THE ROLE**

Studio Blackardt is looking to hire an organised and creative Marketing Associate. This individual should be passionate about mínimalistic, high-end content, strategic, and innovative marketing, as well as demonstrate attention to detail and a motivation for refining their skills and work.

This position supports our team in the ideation and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients and the Studio Blackardt brand across various platforms. The purpose of the role is to gain increased exposure for our clients, increase their audience, and grow their revenue through consistent and creative content marketing efforts.

As a Marketing Associate, you'll be working closely with our Studio Director to create and schedule our client ad campaigns, social media content, strategies, and more. Our marketing clients primarily consist of construction and property companies, as well as a select few Brisbane brands and hospitality companies. Targeting each client's unique needs and desired outcomes, the role will focus on delivering engaging content that aligns with their overarching marketing direction.
- Your role will focus on:_
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Creating engaging content and copy that is on brand for each client.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing across various channels, including digital, social media, and EDM.
- Managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Assisting in creating engaging content for our clients and internal brand(s) across multiple social media and digital platforms.
- User-generated content (UGC) creation (assisted by our content team, where needed).
- Basic use of Canva (assisted by our design team, where needed).
- Audits, analytics + reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyse data to provide insight and recommendations for optimising marketing strategies.
- Copywriting for real estate listings, social media captions, EDMs, and website copy.
- Collaborate with clients, design team, and director to develop tailored brand strategies.
- Undertake keyword research and implement the keyword strategy for back-end and on-page SEO.
- Creation, execution, and ongoing optimisation of Google & Meta Ads.
- Must-have skills and qualifications_

- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to implement different tones of voice across different platforms
- An eye for photography, design, and graphical layout
- A genuine interest in architecture, design +/or creative industries.
- Creativity, flair, and eagerness to share new ideas
- High-level tech skills or the ability to learn these quickly
- Understands and excels across multiple social media platforms, including watching trends and implementing these with appropriate clients.
- Collaborative and flexible work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communicator
- Must be able to comprehend client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product.
- Must be able to work to a deadline.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and tools.
