Marketing Associate

We are looking for a permanent full time Marketing Associate to join the team in Melbourne or Sydney.

This role will report into the Head of Client Services & Marketing and be part of a high-performing and collaborative team tasked with growing the Franklin Templeton brand and business in Australia and New Zealand. The primary objective of this role is to support and develop our digital and product marketing initiatives. This role covers a diverse range of investment capabilities across all asset classes including Fixed Income, Equity, Alternatives, Active ETFs as well as all client types including Retail, Wholesale and Institutional.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Maintaining website, building campaign and product web pages-
- Social media planning, posting and engagement- Internal reporting on impact of digital marketing activities- Coordinating client communications- Working closely with internal teams to regularly update a suite of product marketing collateral such as PowerPoint decks, brochures, flyers, fact sheets- Working closely with the Sales team in the preparation, production, and compliance of pitchbooks for client meetings and presentations for events- Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and automate marketing materials- Continually suggesting improvements to the overall client experience.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- 3-5 years' experience within digital marketing and / or financial services required- Preferable experience in coordinating investment related marketing materials for an asset management firm or similar firm- Understanding of financial services compliance is highly-regarded- Relevant degree qualifications- Highly computer-literate and preferably experienced with following systems/platforms - MS Suite, Marketo, Bloomreach (or experience using CMS), Advanced PowerPoint, Publisher, ON24, Indesign, Photoshop, Social media - LinkedIn- Desire to drive and champion marketing automation projects across the business- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Confident in communicating with clients and business partners of varying seniority- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environments and good at multi-tasking.- Ability to resolve queries arising in daily work, maintain accountability and escalate issues appropriately- Possess a can-do approach to work as a team player and display strong project management disciplines under tight timeframes- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
