Marketing Associate Role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Australian marketing team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to support growth across the financial adviser and fund manager markets.

You will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality content tailored for various platforms and audiences, managing and growing social media channels, partnering with internal teams to deliver creative design and production activities, and analysing the performance of marketing initiatives.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Create, edit, and deliver engaging content (including digital, media, video, podcasts, and presentations) tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Develop and manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative design, production, and event marketing solutions.
  • Analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies and drive commercial success.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–4 years of broad marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a highly commercial environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling the creation of clear, compelling, and impactful content.
  • Proficient in managing a corporate LinkedIn presence and comfortable working with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with basic design principles and ability to make simple edits to existing templates.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
