Job Overview
As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be responsible for forging lasting relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and strategic objectives. You will conduct comprehensive job briefings to capture role requirements, key skills, and cultural fit, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices to inform client decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their hiring needs and business goals.
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage candidates using job boards and networks, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive talent, and craft compelling job adverts across multiple platforms.
Screening & Selection: Review CVs and applications, conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews using tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, and manage candidate expectations and provide clear role details, timelines, and feedback.
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback, negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates, and ensure smooth onboarding with client HR teams.
Database & Administration: Maintain accurate records in ATS systems, use CRM systems to track interactions, generate reports and analytics to monitor recruitment performance and pipeline health, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries.
Knowledge of employment law, diversity & inclusion practices, and GDPR compliance in recruitment.
Background in client-facing or target-driven environments is advantageous.
