We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant/Senior. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ignite new business activity, create invaluable networks with candidates and clients, and nurture and strengthen relationships with our loyal clientele and candidates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of working in the recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of the technology, banking or accounting and finance space. You will also need to be driven to be the best version of yourself, coachable and willing to learn, and able to build and maintain successful recruitment desks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ignite new business activity by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Create invaluable networks with candidates and clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with our loyal clientele and candidates through regular communication and follow-up
  • Mastery candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to craft market-leading candidate pools that set industry standards

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of the technology, banking or accounting and finance space
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful recruitment desks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
