About the Role

Our team is seeking a leader who can develop and maintain national health standards to ensure a safe and high-quality healthcare system. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders and government agencies to improve healthcare outcomes.

A successful candidate will have experience managing a team of professionals, providing supervision, coaching, and performance management to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. They will also be responsible for undertaking fiscal management, including program budgeting and staff resourcing, in consultation with senior leadership.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare management and policy development

- Postgraduate degree in healthcare management or related field
