Clinical Services Operations Manager Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to spearhead our laboratory and health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operation of Randox Laboratories and Randox Health services, encompassing office, clinic, and laboratory management.
  • Elevate goals, procedures, and standards for clinical, administrative, and sales staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate clinical services, including phlebotomy, reporting, sample tracking, and consultations.
  • Develop and implement plans for resource allocation, staff training, and employment.
  • Ensure effective budgeting, report preparation, and expenditure management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and funding organizations.
  • Advise key opinion leaders on improving hospital and clinic pathology services.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  2. Proven experience in the healthcare sector, preferably medical devices.
  3. Understanding of pathology and life sciences industry in Australia.
  4. Knowledge of funding and reimbursement processes within Australia and New Zealand's policy environment.
  5. Knowledge of the UK and ANZ Healthcare Systems.
  6. Knowledge of industry Key Opinion Leaders and decision-makers in Australia.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum degree level in a Life Science or Business discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a business development leadership role.
  • Advanced degree (MSc / MBA / MPH) or experience in Business Administration or Public Health.
