Join Subtle Tea - a better-for-you RTD alcohol brand making its mark in the fastest growing category in alcohol.

We're on the hunt for a driven, relationship-focused sales rep (part-time considered) with experience in alcohol or beverage sales, and a genuine passion for building relationships.

As our Sales Rep, you'll be out there growing Subtle Tea's footprint across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You'll build strong relationships with venues, hit the road with samples in hand, run tastings and events, and help more people discover (and fall in love with) our brand.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building and growing our venue stockist base across Melbourne and regional Victoria
- Hosting tastings and brand activations
- Managing a regular call cycle and reporting on activity
- Being our on-the-ground legend - opening doors and getting drinks in fridges

**You'll need**:

- A driver's licence and your own vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Min 2+ years experience with beverage or FMCG sales
- A passion for better-for-you beverages and a knack for building relationships
- Confidence to walk into venues and make things happen
- Excitement to join a growing brand - and the drive to grow with us as we scale

This is a 6-month contract to start, with 3 month probation period. If it's a great fit, we're keen to turn it into a long-term role.

We're scaling quickly and want someone who's just as excited about the journey as we are

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
